We enable the reporting of violations of law and internal regulations in a confidential and secure manner defined by the provisions of Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law (the so-called Whistleblower Directive). The internal reporting system introduced in our company is a significant element of the corporate governance of the TZMO Group. It also constitutes an instrument supporting the implementation of the corporate social responsibility policy, helps in shaping ethical attitudes, and ensures compliance with applicable laws as well as the internal regulations and standards of the TZMO Group. If you wish to report a violation, please be sure to read the Internal Reporting Regulations and the Information Clause, where you will find answers to detailed questions regarding, among others, the scope of protection for persons reporting a violation (so-called whistleblowers), the procedure for making and handling reports, confidentiality and security, responding to reports, personal data protection, etc.
How to report an irregularity?
An internal report should contain at least:
- a detailed description of the event violating the law, internal regulations, or ethical standards;
- an indication of the TZMO Group company and, if possible, the person the report concerns;
- an indication of the place where the violation occurred;
- an indication of the manner in which the reporting person learned about the violation;
- personal data of the reporting person, unless the reporting person makes the report anonymously.
The internal report should be submitted in writing, using one of the following forms of electronic communication or by post:
- filling out the electronic form made available via a specially developed and secured application for persons reporting a violation available on the website: www.tzmo-global.com/naruszenia
- sending a message via e-mail to the address: naruszenia.tzmo@tzmo-global.com
- by post, in an envelope marked “REPORT OF VIOLATION”, to the address: Fabryka Kosmetyków „Pollena – Ewa” S.A., ul. Zachodnia 25, 97-425 Zelów, Poland.
